Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and M-Flat, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, doing business as Automated Industries and as Bottaby (collectively, “Bottaby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using Bottaby, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Bottaby is an AI travel assistant that helps you organize, plan, and (where supported) book travel. Functionality and integrations are described in the product and may change over time. Beta features may be unstable; we will identify them as such where reasonable.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Bottaby. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@automatedindustries.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use Bottaby in violation of any law or in a way that infringes any person’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the service in ways that disrupt operations.
• Use Bottaby to send spam, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or share your account with parties not authorized to use it.
• Use Bottaby to make travel arrangements for sanctioned persons or destinations.

You retain ownership of the travel data you submit to Bottaby (trips, calendar events, documents, messages). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. We will never sell your content. Detail on our handling of your data is in the Privacy Policy.

Bottaby’s software, branding, and content (other than your content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as necessary to use the service.

Bottaby integrates with third-party services (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Resend, FlightAware, Duffel, Transitland, Graphhopper, Amtraker, Vercel, Supabase). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for their actions or content. When you connect a third-party account (e.g., Google Calendar) you authorize Bottaby to access it on your behalf within the scopes you grant.

Bottaby may surface schedules, prices, status, and other travel information from third parties. We do our best to keep that information accurate but cannot guarantee it. Always verify critical details (departure times, terminals, fares, cancellations) directly with the operating carrier or property. Bottaby is not a travel agency for purposes of any jurisdiction’s travel-seller laws unless and until we register as one and notify you in writing.

Bottaby uses large language models to generate text, parse documents, and assist with planning. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat it as a draft, not as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and verify anything you intend to act on.

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Bottaby nor its officers, employees, or affiliates will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bottaby and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You can stop using Bottaby at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
